INVISTA and SilicoLife sign partnership for the development of bio derivatives
Silicolife, a portuguese start-up of computational biology, and INVISTA, one of the largest integrated chemical intermediates, polymers and fibers in the world, announced a partnership for the development of new technologies that enable bioprocess for the production of industrials chemicals. The two companies have signed this partnership in order to jointly develop their technology platforms. One of the areas of initial focus will be the bioproduction of butadiene.
